The following purchase and booking policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchasing process for M.S. River Rouge Cruise line. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact our office at: (204) 774 7009

Refunds & Exchanges: Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event, time and date selection. M.S River Rouge Cruise line does not issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Cancelled and Postponed Events: The operation of the vessel is subject to weather and NO REFUNDS will be given for non-performance due to weather or as a result of direct orders from Transport Canada & the Canadian Coast Guard except at the discretion of M.S. River Rouge Cruise line and The Ship's Captain. If an event is cancelled, you will be contacted via the contact information you provided. you will be offered the opportunity to choose an event of equal or lesser value within one year of your original booking, or you can book into a different event by paying the difference between your original ticket and your new booking. In the case of an event cancellation by M.S. River Rouge Cruise line, no service charge will be collected.
